Beside both lips white spot & small small pimples. No itching. Iam also facing tan problem. Plz suggest me to remove tan & white spots.

Hi Greetings. Those small spots could be fordyces spots which are nothing but small ectopic sebaceous glands prominence (oil producing glands). Nothing to be worried. There are no medications to cure it. But it can be removed by RFC or LASER. Better to leave it alone. For tanning you have to use good sunscreen of at least spf 30 every 3 hours in a day. You can use Biluma cream for removal of tan. Apply that morning and night for full face
