White patches on skin
My father (55 years old) has white patches on skin (I suppose it's called leucoderma or vitiligo?) Is this a cause if concern? What is the available treatment for this ailment?

If these are very small white patches on arms legs abdomen then at this age its a sign of aging, called idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. If patches are completely white and more than 2-3 cms then it could be vitiligo. Please send the pictures for perfect diagnosis.
