White patches on my tongue.

Please look into the image files. I have developed white patches on the two sides of my tongue. Looking for permanent cure and right specialty for treatment.

Can you please mention about your addiction , if any ? Smoking / tobacco / pan chewing ! It seems you have good oral hygiene, it must not be candidiasis for sure.. do you have sharp teeth or any tooth restoration history in near past ? Best is to see a Head and Neck Surgeon and get it properly diagnosed first ..
