White patches on face

My doctor prescribed me to use lumaglo cream for treating my pimples after using it i have found white patches on effected area , where i applied the cream.is this common or else what should i do?

The white patches are being created as a side-effect because of excess application of cream or a prolonged application of cream. Please stop applying the cream now and get it assessed again by a qualified certified dermatologist ..or.. you can do online consult with me for the same. hope this is helpful.
