White patches in ineer cheeks

Sir I having white patches inside the cheeks from last 4 months i have taken medicine of vitamins it reduced but not getting healed fully. Kindly suggest me what should i do?

White patches can occur on the bite line and can be normal. There are other conditions like leukoplakia which have yo be monitored by a doctor for changes on its surface. There can be other conditions like fungal infections too. Rarely cancer also presents with white patches. Please see a doctor for an examination and needful. Vitamins will not help in most cases.
