I have been experiencing stomach pains and I end up passing gas and burping. I feel severe hunger even shortly after eating. But as soon as I eat I have diarrhea (stool is soft and somewhat runny, at one point it was greenish-brown) and then after I'm done I feel extremely hungry again. I urinate more frequently during the day, my urine is dark and cloudy with white particles. I feel a dull pain in my lower abdomen after I urinate too.
