White fluid pimple on both side tongue
Hi sir,
I recently saw this pimple ( see the attached image) on both side of my tongue. Is this something that must need a check up?
1. I feel like something stick on that area
2. I have 4 - 5 tonsil stone in my throat
3. I have acid reflux occasionally.
In the right retromolar area it is always white sore for more than a year and other side is normal. Already consulted dentist and ENT. Which they said nothing suspicious there but this white sore doesn't go away till now. ( see attached image)

If this has been since long time get one biopsy done and check
