White liquid discharge. I have cancer?

Hi, I am really worried. I have a white liquid discharge from one of my breasts when i squeeze my nipple. Its not there in my other breast. It comes out only when i squeeze the nipple. Since the discharge is only on one breast ..im worried. I have been having a viral fever since a week now. Been taking tablets. Initialy i took adol for a day or two. It didnt reduce the fever. I went to a hospital and they gave me another set of tablets. Still it didnt help. Now im trying a third set. I feel ok eventhough i still have bodypain. Could it be a sideeffect of the medications?? I have constipation since 4 days. Im really worried about the discharge though? Do i have cancer?? My breasts have always been a little hard unlike others. Its small and hard.its always been like that as long as i can remember. Help me! Im worried if its a cancer or something.
