26 Male. I am a smoker for the last 5 years. Smokes 5-6 cigarettes daily. I see white lines in my inside cheek for the last 1 year or so. Slightly thick and become smaller at times. They taste bitter when touched with tongue. No pain.I often feel food tasteless. Any chances of anything serious? Or just fungous?

your symptoms are suggestive of condition known as oral lichen planus. its a inflammatory condition of oral cavity. though its not dangerous it can lead to long term problems. you need to consult nearby ENT specialist or oral surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment
