White itchy patches on scalp

Asked for Male, 34 Years

During winter and rainy season dandruff increase on my head. So when it gets worsen I just trim whole hair. At that time I could see round shaped white patches in my head. It also feels very itchy. I used to run lemon on to it for temporary relief. Can you please suggest me permanent solution for the same
