White dots on upper lips (flodyce spots)

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have started to have flodyce spots on upper lips. It has started from last 3 months. I am applying apple cidar vinegar, using all the methods for cleaner mouth like using listrien but this problem is not solving. Help me
