White discharge/dirt coming in my right eye .. during day .. vision is good no other problem .. please prescribe me medicine and drops

Hello This could be normal discharge Try A. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 4 times daily for a week Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
