When I urine a white discharge which seems like gum come out with urine usually at last. Mostly it comes when I do stool after urination white discharge which is thick come out . What to do .. Will it effect sperm count

It is mostly semen. I think you dont masterbate. Get a urine culture and try to masterbate if you can
