And after 5th May I didn't involve in sex and also after that day I didn't take unwanted72. So Please Help me . What should I do now . Is it the sign of pregnancy or something else. Ipill has a tendency to thicken  cervical mucus secretions ..This can be due to the repeated use of ipill that you are facing the thick secretion problem. If it is causing any itching or burning sensation or foul smell is there please use can soft CL vaginal pessary at night for six days. If there is any associated  lower abdominal pain , start tablet dazolic 500 mg twice daily for 5 days after food.
