White color lump/bump at right eyeball

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Im having white color small bump at outer border of black eyeball. Not sure how it came, it is exist for more than year but now size like little more increaded now and it is pain less till now. Please help me with treatment for this to check and escape from any major issues.

Please attach a clear pic to reach to some conclusion. It can be an old healed scar, pterygium, pinguecula etc...not possible to conclude without seeing the pic or in person.
