  4. White/black heads. In a couple of hours.

From past 8 months the skin on the sides/corners of my nose turned very rough dry and dark.when i pluck that skin with my finger it bleeds sometimes and when the skin comes off the same problem rises in a couple of hours.i had been to philippines and during my 2month stay there this problem vanished but when i was back to india the problem rose again i tired so many home remidies but everything went in vain.please help me as it really looks untidy.
