From past 1 year i m facing a problem of dizziness ,tiredness while waling i m feeling like i m falling . same as in meetings and all while standing i m feeling like same and now a days my penis is not so active as in earlier days. i do nt knw whats happening

I can understand ur concern...it may be due to Anemia over any underlying disease...but dnt be streesd these is the common problem of many individual...in allopathy medicine they will give multivitamins and all but one thing i want to say they are usefull until they are taking regularly...but we have to treat the pathology means we want to absorb that nutrients from ur food only there is some underlying cause due to which ur nutrients absorption from ur food is getting hamper...so we have to treat that cause not extra supplements required for that...
