Dizziness when walking

Greetings to you doctor. I had severe head ache before three days and before 2 days i had dizziness and last day and today i have only dizziness. I went to hospital last day and got CBP... I attached the file.every thing is normal. I dont know why i am having dizziness only while i am walking. While i am laying down or sitting it is okay..only when i get up and try to walk i am having dizziness and light head ache. Please help me to get over this and suggest me any healthy diet.I am 22 year old.

HELLO, HB IS VERY HIGH, POLYSYTHEMIA VERA. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD.TAB VERTIDOM THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. EYE CHECK UP BP TO MONITOR OK.
