While talking too much
Hello,doctor..i am teacher..in a private school.i have to talk continuously..with children...whenever i sharted shouting..my throat started paining.when i talk continuously..or shouting..then breathing problem happened...heart palpitation,then the flow of oxygen  became low...it troubled me..day by day for last couple of weeks...voice also cracked...what to do...i am in deep trouble...i want to stay fit..want to talk continuously without any problems in throat or voice...or in lungs...tell me what to do...
