While talking speech is slur (larkhana)

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, my father is 64 year old,one time he suffered from stoke 6 year back,now he is good but while talking speech is not coming complete ,and he always thinking so much ,if someone asking twice or more then he is responding, I attached his medical test where rf factor is positive,
