Which is medicine for urticaria in india

Asked for Female, 32 Years

The rashes on my skin of hands and legs which I felt initially to be only normal types have turned out to be urticaria. Read about it saying it to be a normal condition but medicines which were suggested I doubt are available in India. What are the medicines normally prescribed for urticaria in India?
