When will I get my periods again?

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had protected sex on 26th of August and then when he pulled out to ejaculate outside , we realised the condom was broke! Hence, I took an ipill within 24hrs of sex! I got withdrawal bleeding on 1st or 2nd of September! But this month, I did not get periods yet! I even took a urine pregnancy test and it was negative! When will I get my periods again?
