When to take Pregnancy test after IUI

I am 26 yo married and TTC. I have pcos with irregular periods. One year ago i had laproscopic ovarian drilling.This month we went for IUI on 13 th day of my cycle. One mature follicle got ruptured after taking hucog 10k injection.I STARTED TAKING Duphaston tablet and strone 200 gelatin capsules 2 days after IUI till date. i am on 31st day of my cycle.when should i take Pregnancy test?Does intake of duphaston delay periods if i am not pregnant?

You can take urine pregnancy test tomorrow in early morning urine sample..you will not get your periods when you are in duphaston ..so check the test first ..
