When stool passes blood comes out no pai

I have conistipation i have problem when stool passes blood goes but no pain it happend before one year ago but i go daily toilet the problem solved in 3 days.but problem started day before yestersday but i have constipatated for 5 days after that blood passes with hard dark stool .
