When i wil stand & walk
11th week completed of operation an achillies complete tear off tendon.when I wil walk in normal & stand in my leg,right now facing with swelling,stiffness & blood cloting & Dr removed the plaster already plus advise me..

Before you could stand or walk, you should try & get your muscle strength back by gradual, sequential physiotherapy program.Swelling is unusual at this stage but if it is there find out the cause by thorough evaluation. Stiffness would get better by physio.
