When i go to pee sperm comes out?

Doctor.. Im 19 yrs old. I usef to masterbate alot and i recently got a grip of myself. I had used to maintain as once in a week so far because i have learned to control myself, but i notice when i pee after i'm done i have to pee a bit more but that is when i pee out sperm. I mean it's not a alot of sperm just a little bit but it still worries me. Does anyone know why this is happening? So what should i do? Any advise?
