When i am about to urinate i feel pain.
Last three weeks I am facing this issue. When ever I am about urinates I feel pain from root. I am getting foul smell on myself.even my semen is getting out without touching it everytime. Now I am having pain like anything,not able to sit and walk. I am not getting any eriction last two weeks. Kindly help me what needs to be done.
