Greetings to you. Some children are easily prone to wheezing. No one knows the cause ? Genetics or aquired.some infections are also prone to wheezing like tropical eosinophilia. Then aspiration of Foreign body causes wheezing as a protective measures..I advise to do CBC TO R/O EOSINOPHILIA. TAKE XRAY CHEST. it may show block or shift of part of lung due toblockage of bronchi. Do the test and consult after taking appointment on video or any other pediatrician. I have diagnosed atleast 6 such cases. One was due to peanut aspiration. Had history of cough and wheezing since 2-4 weeks. Another small kid had aspirated piece of plastic attached to toy. Relieved after broncoscopic removal. One was a bigchild had collapse of lung but was breathing comfortably. I am available . It is upto you to choose. Hurry up fast No time to waste. In the meantime start bronchordialsyrup 1tsf tds.steam inlation Brochoscopy to be done by thoracic surgeon in hospital. Some times ENT surgeon can also manage. Good luck.
Wheezing occurs when air passes through smaller, congested airways which contain mucus. Your child might have an allergic tendency. There is no permanent cure as such. As the age increases this issues settles. Only thing is whenever your child has a wheezing episode kindly consult your pediatrician and continue medications as advised by him. You might also consider using inhalers if this thing is chronic.
Health Tips
If wheezing is associated with difficulty in breathing, immediately take your child to emergency. There is a risk of him having an asthmatic attack.
