What to do with OM1 & OM2
My Father suffered major heart attack 2 months ago. The Angiography report is: 1. LAD/Diagonal: Type III. LAD. Mid has 90% stenosis. 2. LCX/OM: Non-dominant. Early OM1 has 90% stenosis. OM2 has 80% stenosis. 3. RCA : Dominant and Normal. PTCA with DES to LAD had been performed two days after the attack. Wht 2 do now ?
