What should i do?
My chest xray result was PTB. Then i went on a sputum test and the result was negative. Is that really possible?

You did not mention about your symptoms. They have to be corroborated with the test reports. So from xray diagnosis can be suspected but cannot be confirmed. Even if sputum is negative you may have TB.
Next Steps
You should consult Pulmonologist & ask about requirement of any further test for confirmation of diagnosis. If the suspicion is strong, medicine can be started empirically according to the judgement of the treating doctor

Always cover your mouth when coughing, speaking loudly, laughing. Do not spit in open. Have plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, water apart from protein rich food
