What precaution to reduce hypothyroid
As I said my tsh level is 50, I also taking 125 gm tablet. so what precaution I should take to reduce my tsh level from my side. Is there is diet? or there will be any problem occur in future because of this in case of pregnancy?

Take tablets regularly and TSH will normalise. No specific diet. Ensure you get regular checks pre and during pregnancy to reduce any risks
