Hi..MMR Vaccination is for prevention of disease measles mumps rubella..
Rubella in pregnancy is very dangerous for child...if you are suffering from rubella than your child can have birth defect like congenital cataract, microcephaly(small head) and mental retardation...
So vaccine is precautionary..means if you are taking it then its beneficial..
