Symptoms are neither clear nor complete may be your are very ill. Probably it might be a case of acute bronchitis. The chronicity of cough &duration of the discomfort was not mentioned. So it can't diagnosed as chronic disease. Fever was not mentioned so pneumonia and other severe infectious disease can be rule out. Nasal discharge, cough, headache, malaise, throat pain etc.. Are common symptoms of acute bronchitis. The pain in chest during cough may be due to accumulation of mucus. This can be confirmed only by a physical examination of chest.   To relive your symptoms, proper water intake, rest, saline steam inhalation, avoidance of cigerrete smoking, exposure dust, plastic fumes, paint. According to homeopathic remedies.. Cough with chest pain. With headche can be relieve by either bryonia, belladonna, phosphorous 30 or 200 strength is useful.. But I need more details to prescribe a remedy.
