As going through ur symptoms as a ENT surgeon I can surely tell u its allergic rhinitis it can be easily controlled but cant be eliminated completely. An if it is not controlled leads to polyp formation in nasal mucosa and nasal hypertrophy,  sinusitis and constant pain in face. We can start the treatment and u will feel the change from tomorrow only
Next Steps
u can consult me with ur history for further management
