What causes pain in your legs at night

I am 49 year old man. I work as a sales manager in a company. I have hypertension since 2 years. I take medicines for it daily. Past 3 weeks I have pain in my legs. The pain is in the lower region and that too at night. What are the reasons for this pain?

Do you see any engorged vessels as well. If your work profile requires a lot of standing and moreover you have HTN also. I would suggest you to get a physical examination as well as tests to come to a definite cause. Till then please make sure your calcium intake and fluid intake is adequate.
