What are the treatment for intrauterine growth restriction

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I took my friend (35 female) for an ultrasound in her 15th week of gestation as she was not feeling the movements. There the sonologist said that there is an intrauterine growth restriction. How can I help her. I want to know what kind of treatments are available for this problem? Will Ayurveda or homoeopathy be safe to be taken?
