I am a 35 year old man and I had started to develop erectile dysfunction problems 6 months ago. I was suggested that Viagra would help me perform well in bed. I have indeed been using this thing for the past 6 months and I think this is not the solution I was looking for. Will there be long term side effects of Viagra if I used it so often? What would you recommend- treatment or sticking to Viagra?

i would suggest you consult a physician/psychiatrist regarding your erectile dysfunction to find out if there is any underlying relevant medical cause for it. otherwise use of viagra (50mg) is fine. viagra reduces your blood pressure hence you might feel few side effects.
Next Steps
common side effects include headache, dyspepsia, flushing, light headedness
Health Tips
viagra should not be used if you face disturbance of colour vision, if u have a previous history of heart attack or other heart related conditions, atherosclerotic changes, if u have resting hypo or hypertension, or if you are on a drug called nitrates or nitroglycerine. kindly consult ur doctor if u develop a constant chest pain or breathlessness on viagra. just look out for these and u can continue with viagra.
