My diet is below :
830am: Wake up, 1 glass warm lemon water, 1 glass warm aloe vera water, 3 overnight soaked walnuts
845/9am: papaya, cornflakes
11am: pomegranate juice / coconut water
2pm: ghee-roti, dal, sabzi (like matar paneer, aloo gobhi, palak saag, etc), salad
6pm: one Apple/orange
9pm: dinner similar to lunch
5L water per day. 1hr walk per day.
Even after all this I do not have relieving stool in morning. It feels tight / restricted. Feeling that it's not emptying fully. What food among above should I stop eating which may be causing constipation?
