Sex is a bscis instinct. Even Gods have had sex to procreate and you must have heard of Rishis falling to the charms of Apsaras and having sex with them. So One thing to learn from all this is "Sex is a natural gift" It is a basic hunger like food. It cant be curbed.
At adolescence, one starts having sexual thoughts and these thoughts also cause one to have erections. Due to growth and function of the reproductive tract the sperms are produced. There is NO organ made by nature to store sperms. So after a while when the procuding testes are full, it mind makes the person to have sexual dreams and the semen is released from the penis. This is called a wet dream.
it happens when one has sexual maturity but has not had opportunity to have sex, because he is unmarried or has not had sex with anyone. The best option in these times is to masturbate.
Masturbation is an act by which one can enjoy sexual feelings in privacy and use this act to release the sperms as semen, without the clumsy mess of a wet dream.
So masturbation is normal. And at masturbation one can how to make penis used to touching, and also how to master the art of having prolonged erections and delay ejaculation. If you say masturbation is a deed of corrupt minds, its wrong as even animals are known to masturbate, when they don't find sex partners.
Next Steps
You can masturbate two or three times a week and this will empty the sperms produced and thus prevent wet dreams
