A woman gets pregnant around the days when ovulation occurs. The average time of ovulation is the 14th day of an average length (28 day) menstrual cycle. Ovulation time vary for each individual, and can occur from 12th to 19th day of the cycle..so if have regular cycles 12 th day to 19 th is best..since you already 35 years old your ovarian reserve will be less and you should know the fact that congenital malformations in the baby will be high after 30...Consult obg specialist for proper counseling and to have pre pregnancy check ups.
