Wellness using Aurveda

Asked for Male, 66 Years

I am a diabetic from 1992, and currently on insulin 35 units of Lantus, and 10units of apidra one shot before each meal. My HBA1C is between 7.2 to 7.8. I am also under treatment for hyper tension and BPH. I want to discuss about use of Aurved to improve my general wellness.
