Weird period pain
I’m a 20 y/o female that has had regular periods for awhile now. They last about 3 days and the first day is always the worst.
Today, I woke up with the regular pains but as the day went by, it got more and more intense. I started sweating and crying because nothing was working. Usually a hot pad is great with some Advil but it was just this unbearable pain that kept contracting. I took out my tampon and that helped a little. I have work all weekend and am not sure what to do.

Get urself a pelvic ultrasound..see for any cysts or fibroids..if nothg then all u need is pain killers..to tide over..
