Weird feeling near the testicle/abdoman

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Sometimes I feel as if a nerve is getting pulled or something near one of my testicle or abdomen, a few days back it was with the left one, but today I felt with the right one. If I touch I dont feel pain, only while sleeping on any of my sides I feel as if something is not right, while standing walking and running I don't feel anything, only while sleeping sideways and after I wake up. Please give me some suggestions as I am unsure whats wrong.
