Weird feeling in heart
I have a weird fluttering or skipped beat feeling in heart when my heart rate goes above 170. I had a TMT today. It was normal. I had that episode while I was in TMT though. I am a professional table tennis player and I am a regular athlete. Never the less I am a victim of anxiety for the last 4 years. The doctor adviced me to do a Holter (24hours). Should I go for that as I am having economical issues at this point of time as I am a college goer. I have done many echos previously. All were normal. I always panic when I get that weird feeling in chest. I AM REALLY SCARED OF SUDDEN DEATH. Can you please help me in the next steps? As I am a regular athlete my heart rate goes above 160 often. Lately that episode is becoming very prominent. The doctor even asked me to do a TSH and vitamin D. TSH was normal 2 years back.

get holter done, and when holter is tied around your chest for 24 hours, try to do all the usual activities, so that your heart rate reaches to 160-170 and holter can record it. if there is anything problematic, holter will record and can be treated accordingly. if nothing found you can relax.
