Weightloss sideffects
Hi, i am 19,female. I had a head full of hair since my childhood but it started falling since 2years and got reduced to less than half of what i had and last year in aug i was diagnosed with pcod to which my doc prescribed some meds and suggested to loose weight n nothing else. I lost 10kgs since then. I always had dry skin but followed the cleasing, toning, moisturising routine evryday n my skin lookd great. Recently my skin started developing small dry patch like skin, dry areas and no matter what i use (coconut oil, honey, vitE cap, cold cream) nothing works. And my hairfall has increased rapidly and i can see my forhead getting broader due to hairloss. I tried checking google and it said weightloss has sideffects on skin and hair, but if this continues for long i might get bald. This is really stressing me and hindering my confidence. Please suggest some cream/lotion/body milk/meds/shampoo/anything that may help.
