Weightlifting with badly bruised coccyx
I am a weightlifter who trains 4/5 times a week, but sustained trauma to my coccyx today (pain is only on the left buttock because I fell onto this side). Which types of exercise must I avoid, and how can I speed up the healing process?

Hi, You never mentioned how you fell down and how you come to conclusion that you have a coccyx issue, bcoz coccyx pain comes in the center of you butt grease. You may have the pain in piriformis muscle, which is deeply placed in the butt. So please consult a sports Physio near you and they’ll guide you, what oh need exactly.
