Want to loose weight now i am having rice n dal in the after noon and in the night i used to take 2 brown bread with peanut butter along with coffee is this okay ??

For loss of weight you will have to go on a diet which consists more of protein n very little carbohydrates. You need to have dinner 2 hours before you go to sleep. 70 % of weight loss is diet and the remaining is exercise.
