Weight loss ND stomach ache
Doctor no 4 Feb my weight was 46.6 now today it was 45 what could be the reason I take complete lunch dinner fruits everything...bt from last 4 Days I am having little pain in stomach ND feeling full in the stomach after eating I have no other symtom what could be the cause ?if anything serious? Doctor I m afraid as on Google I saw something very chronic I m so panic..
