Em a student and most of the time em studying and sitting dts my i have gained soo much fat how can i control it. My weight is 70 and 20 months back it was 56. I cant go to gym suggest me something that is good and effective.

U have weight gain in very short duration.So I would like to advise you for Thyroid profile.
Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.
Take lukewarm water for drinking.
