Hello, You should try and have calorie dense foods.and make sure to include at least 6 meals per day,eating at regular intervals.you can include dry fruits and protein richfoods in your diet.But remember that you don't increase fatty foods in your daily routine as you don't want to decrease your stamina by increasing fat content in your body.
